(1.0) LittleRedSonja T2 evolved into T3 grade weapons

UPDATE 1.4.2:

- Rebalanced the MP-12, slightly reduced the damage and reduced the max and effective range, placing it in the "short range panic gun" and "stealth automatic weapon" categories instead of being a no-brain replacement for the SMG. It keeps the built-in suppressor and the crazy high rate of fire, so keep an eye on your ammo 😉.

- Added 6 decorative posters as a "Catch Them All" minigame, as an OPTIONAL ADD-ON.
This is a requested feature. It adds a small collection of posters showing my favorite thumbnails for the weapons. The posters are not craftable, only lootable. Once you find all the posters you will get a nice reward and a schematic that unlocks the recipe to craft all the posters as a Variant helper. This reward can only be obtained once per game and player. Where can you find the posters? Well, think about "where you could find weapons" and "secret hidden boxes" and you will find them 😋.

A small update that I have used as a "learning experience" to implement a catch them all minigame. It has been quite a big headache to make it work, since it is my first time dealing with buffs, game events and similar stuff, but I am happy with the result. Now that I figured this out I will implement a similar solution in my "Plushies" mod, so I you were waiting for that, I will be releasing the "Catch them All" version of the Plushies mod this week.

Hello! Great mod. Really enjoying the AK-74 and Remington  :D

Would it be possible to make a Tactical AR T3 variant? Maybe with higher damage than the M60, but a default mag size of 20? The lower mag size could be used to simulate how most high calibre ARs/battle rifles usually come with a 20 round capacity.

Sure, the plan is to keep adding more nice and fun weapons. Next update is going to be melee weapons, since the latest updates have all being about guns. but after that one I will keep looking into new fun guns to add.

Maybe do the iron sledgehammer next? And would it be possible to use the steel sledgehammer animation in place of the default iron one? The iron animation looks a bit...weak. Possibly a lower stamina cost too (around 10%), faster attack speed (5%) and increased damage (15% for normal and power). If possible, maybe make it so that lower quality sledgehammers use more stamina to swing (emulating worse quality craftmanship such as heavier or less efficient methods)? And for the drawback, potentially keep the iron sledge durability? I feel like that'd be a good trade-off.

Just some suggestions. If you feel like it wouldn't fit what your vision for the mod is, that's okay. Not gonna stop using it regardless of what you do. Thanks again!

Yes, a new sledgehammer is one of the weapons I am working on, so it will probably be one of the ones included in the next update  💜.

 
UPDATE 1.5.0

Added 2 new melee weapons, the "Devouring Gloves" and the "Electro Hammer". 

The Devouring Gloves

Legend says these gloves were once owned by Harkon, a powerful vampire of the old world. But vampires are not real, right? Something dark emanates from them, though, and you feel the hunger for blood as soon as you put the gloves on. Power attacks will bleed your foes, and as long as they are bleeding you will recover health. It is time to feed and embrace the dark. Cause bleeding with power attacks and regenerates health when nearby enemies are bleeding.

The Electro Hammer

The Electro Hammer was developed by the American authorities to deal with the most dangerous and violent prisoners, where the stun baton lacked the 'punch'. The ultimate anti-riot weapon, it soon became popular between neighbourhood patrol services and rogue 'vigilantes' as an easy way to deal with petty criminals and looters. The Electro Hammer is slightly weaker than the steel sledgehammer, but is faster, easier to use, and will electrocute enemies. It benefits from skull crusher perk.

A very small update, not for the main mod, but for the add-ons and optional files: 

Updated "Big Bad Bat" 1.0.1:

- Fixed a visual glitch where adding the Big Bad Bat would cause the recipe for the Titanium Bat to go up to level 11. Which sounds awesome and it feels bad fixing it but I better do it 😋.
- Added a flame effect to the Big Bad Bat when using the burning shaft mod. 

Also, There was a request about making a version that included only the melee weapons in the mod, so here it is, it is already on the nexus, here is a link for SimFileShare. The difference with the main mod is that this version is melee only, no guns. Do not use it together with the main mod, choose one or the other, but do not use both at the same time.

Very tiny update, only bug fixing for some multiplayer servers that were not showing the localized texts properly. 

UPDATE 1.5.1

- Fixed a problem where the localized texts were not working in some servers, for multiplayer. If you were playing on a server and you were seeing ugly code names for the weapons instead of the nice names and descriptions, this update is relevant for you. Thank you very much to stealthcold for the big help finding the problem.

You only need to install this new update if you were experiencing that problem in multiplayer. Otherwise you can wait until next update with new weapons 🥰

Sorry for the "spam" with updates, but I wanted to fix this as soon as possible. I spend a lot of time thinking fun names and descriptions for the weapons and it was driving me crazy that some players could not see them 😅.

Hi everybody! 🥰

After some time when I have been super busy with some big projects (specially the Christmas is Coming and Halloweeny mods took a lot of time and work) I have some time to update and expand some of my most classic mods, including of course one of my favorites, T2 into T3 weapons. Probably also my mod with the most boring name, but at this point I do not want to change it 😅.

I have been playing some Project Zomboid and some Death Rising, and some of the weapons included in this update are heavily inspired by those two games. 

Since it is been a while, this update includes way more weapons than usual: A total of 2 new firearms and 6 new melee weapons, all of them unique in some way. 

I hope you like them, and that you also like some of the new art for some of the weapons 💜.

- Added 2 new firearms, the FI-SHotgun (T3 shotgun), and the Ruger Blackhawk Revolver (T3 .44 revolver).
- Added 6 new melee weapons, the Drunken Glass (T1 knife-club hybrid), the Abra Candelabra (T1 club), the mighty Commando Chair (T1 club), the Non Stop Club (T3 club), the classic Lead Pipe (T3 club), and the Bloody Drop spear (T1 spear).

A small update ONLY FOR THE "MELEE ONLY VERSION", the main mod is unchanged. The "MELEE ONLY VERSION" includes all the melee weapons but not the guns.

Are the Winchester and the Ruger affected by the Ranger Gloves (more damage with revolvers and lever actions rifles) and the Ranger set bonus (faster reload with revolvers/lever action rifles)?

No bother at all, I am happy to help 🥰

Yes, both guns benefit from the bonus in the Ranger armor, so you can go full cowboy/cowgirl in style 😋. The custom cowboy and cowgirl armors in "Halloweeny" also give bonuses to those weapons. 

They both benefit too from some of the enforcer books (because of the 44 ammo), the Ruger also benefits from pistol perks and works like a magnum for better price in traders, and the Winchester also benefits from some of the rifle perks and books too.

I have added an optional file with the available translations for the mod into different languages. Right now it includes Chinese translation (thank you Croeater477427 💜).

Remember that it is just the translated Localization.txt, you still need the actual mod installed to play.
