A tiny update, removing the natural spawn for "Rocket Launcher CyberGirl" and adding some new dialogs.

- Removes the natural spawn for CyberGirl with a Rocket Launcher, since She is too much of a weapon of mass destruction when left alone. You can still give her one if you want some Mayhem!
UPDATE 2.0.2
- Adds new funny dialogs showing what weapons can be used by CyberGirl.
- Change the color of CyberGirl dialog for better readability.
