Other than all the changes done through the various experimentals, fixed the quality settings and a couple more stray gyros I found

added b294 changes. Then fixed those which were a complete mess. Also fixed a couple typos from the previous version.

Mostly the other translators catching up.
translated new entry for small POI teleporter filter

Updated information for the smoothies and some re-balanced buffs

The good news is, all the new entries are like 98% correct and some of those 2% are probably more like personal preferences of mine.
The bad news is, all the old errors are still there. Not a single one was fixed.

Anyways.... Added all the missing translations and tweaked the couple others I was not happy with.
