No a console can't be as powerful as a pc but contains similar hardware. I've personally build many pc's. If a person needs a workstation type pc to play a game and sink thousands into hardware in order to keep up with graphics, ram, cpu speed, ssd or whatever hardrive preference, cd-drive, water cooling, fans, overclocking, cache, mainboard and tower, power, maybe a tin foil hat also when getting head examined!
