Is it possible to place a single poi in a "town" using the custom_town_size_10?

Tried - JJ_Warehouse_01,USED,2,-9,25,23,33,custom_town_size_10;unique

The generator just hangs on generating the custom town size.

Searched up and down here and couldn't find anything.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
