Just going over my tables, I count 381 total points that have a place to be spent, but unless there are more than three points in addition to your 1 point/level, we would need the level maximum to now be 378, or we go from having 16 points that we could not spend, to having 78 we will never get.
This assumes, of course, that I didn't goof, so there is that.

For the breakdown of this table, it's the Perception tab, with the attribute level on top, with a color coded number of points needed to purchase that level.
All attributes cost just 4 points to get to level 5, but bumping them up to level 8 costs an additional 6 points, and maxing it out, takes 6 more additional points above and beyond that.
Next we see a set of {} with a pair of numbers within, the first in green, the second in red.
Below, we see all of the perk trees under the attribute, and their color coordination tells me at a glance what I personally want/need to max (shown in green), and then further perks that I would like to have (shown in red), and further the perks my personal playstyle doesn't have a use/need for (shown n purple.)
It is possible for a perk tree to only be partially useful/needed, for my own particular playstyle, and the remaining level(s) of that perk to be shown in a different color. For instance, Perception Mastery, up to level 4 is shown in green, but level 5 is shown in purple, because the 5th level of PM, gives a bonus to rifles, which I never use.
Any thoughts or interest in seeing the other five tables?
