I really like the skill versus book separation of getting the ability to make items.
Either get a bit lucky to get the book or jsut buy it. It is a nice trade-off and again the bookstores are well worth raiding ASAP. I missed that in A17.
I play with jog at night, but ferals run as i like to play all day and night, not sit holed up in a POI or base for 8 hours a day. I die of boredom when I do that.
I have played this game for a very long time and have enjoyed it immensely. I look forward to more books in A18 as I really enjoy the looting and exploring aspects.

zombies destroying crops would be a good idea. It would still be easy to get around by just growing more. Already it is simple to make more crops than one would ever need
I wonder if a mod that gae xp based on time only would work. Choose how many points you want per day so killing zombies and such is completely xp guilt free, or problem free.
