Got it! I was able to reproduce this by teleporting during testing in Navezgane. We have a JIRA ticket now in our system for a fix. Thanks for mentioning this, @Outlaw_187

Maps are generated on the dedicated server by using the servercfg.xml. You would want to make sure you update the following settings:

We do our best not to break saved games, but sometimes things are found or implemented during experimental that doesn't translate well to a save. We hope we can avoid that, but there is no guarantee as things are still being fine tuned based on community found bugs and feedback.
You could always check with your server provider to see if they allow downloading from the experimental branch. Pretty sure PingPerfect, BlueFang, and ServerBlend has the ability. I would expect most popular providers would have that feature.

I like to carry traps with me that I can throw down to create obstacles they can damage themselves on to give myself some time to stam up or get to safer distance or whatever. Things like wood spikes or barbed wire traps are nice.
I also swap between melee and ranged to help with stamina in...
I have a feeling it was meant to be "icons" and not cons...
The biome rating is:
Pine Forest is no skull
Burnt Forest is .5 skull
Desert is 1 skull
Snow is 1.5 skull
Wasteland is 2 skulls
Now each POI will show their own skulls for difficulty rating so it's possible to get those two confused.
