I wasn't able to repro this either in SP or on a dedi. An output log from a vanilla game would be super helpful in recreating the issue. In the meantime, I am asking the team to see if we can get some logging to help narrow down the issue for non modded games.

Hello, Thank you for the additional info. This should not be happening regardless of whether a landclaim is near or not. We do have an existing ticket in our system for this issue and hopefully a fix can be found soon. Thanks, Dollie

Hello Wild_Thing76, According to Google search, this could be caused by corrupted EAC files, firewall/antivirus interference, or outdated game binaries. I am curious. Have you tried reinstalling EAC to see if that makes a difference? The install files are inside the 7 Days to Die folder...
