You can sneak right up to them now.  There is a "window" where you must start your attack while walking (early game), but it is easy to time.  Once you have points into stealth, you can easily sneak up and stealth kill them.

Good point. Perhaps the Ghillie Suit should be unlocked by Needle and Thread rather than BDUs... because like you said, BDUs are so easy to find.

While I do agree it is unnecessary, I find it laughable how slow they "run" when raged. I just started a new playthrough after a few weeks of inactivity, and perhaps it is only certain zombies, but it seems most barely jog when raged.

I’ve seen this message appear in A16 and A17 before. In A16 it occurred whenever I built on water. In A17 it was because I built inside of a mountain, far below the surface.
