Yes, but I still see the Lock symbol at the top of the recipe.  Alpha 19 now and greese monkey 3 but handlebars and chasis are still locked.

Hi, I just achieved grease monkey level 4 but I still can't make the  mini bike handle bar.  Still showing it as locked.  Do I need the schematic or should the grease monkey level 2 give it to me automatically?

What are the pre-reqs for minibike handle bar recipe?  I have greese Monky 4 and can make all parts of the mini bike except for the handlebars.  Is this part schematic only?
