It's a bummer there isn't some way to do cloud saves, even if it was just for Navesgane... since everyone has the world file.

Just to update - now that I am using Proton 10.x Beta (can't remember exact version), the controller did start working properly and not auto attacking. Not sure exactly what it means, why it was auto attacking before - and not now, but it is something.

Ahh... ok, that does make sense. It was a very low play time save, so not going to bother - but good to know. It runs so much better with this mode, FSR enabled. I even got my controller working while in docked mode (see my other support post). Also, the Join a Game button is working, I just...

It also started me fresh, so my save game I had going was gone - fortunately not very far. Wonder if I switch back to normal version if it would come back?

Though, it does seem to have some integrity errors related to EAC when I launch the game. Join a game is greyed out, but I can play single player

Plot twist: I enabled Proton 10.0-2 (beta) on GLCore, FSR is working and the errors have gone away.

Ok, I see. Right now with GLCore it is running without error, but no FSR. When I use Vulkan is when the errors occur. But, FSR makes a big difference for the FPS, can have higher settings and it looks better (but errors 🤣)

Ok, I will play around. Just to clarify - you are saying to use Vulkan, but test with different Proton versions?

Thanks!! I had seen it once undocked, disabling the primary mouse keys fixed it. But, when using controller - it happens 100% of the time now. In 2.2, maybe 2.3, I was able to use my controller no problem. (Also, you saw my other post about FSR, I have done full reinstalls, config clearing...

Ok, just to verify - I’m not crazy or have a funky install? You are aware of issues running Vulkan on Steam Deck (above error) and are investigating? Thanks for confirming, I will stop trying to figure out a solution if that is the case.

Now, switching back to GLcore seems to not have the same error. Played an extended session without the problem. Back to the original issue, though, no FSR option.

Just tried uninstalling, clearing all the save data, reinstalled and started a new world. Same set of errors popped up after about 5 minutes of game time.
