Apologies for the late reply , a simple fix would be to rename the Urban Decay Mod folder by prefixing it with ZZ as in my screenshot  below , this then loads Urban Decay after VM.   I will in the next update of Vehicle Madness address a permanent fix to avoid any future compatability issues as...

I had a quick check in V1.1 and appears in the crafting and creative menu's for me odd,  do you have any warnings in console for the modlet not applying ?  in F1 Type version and check to see if it has actually loaded. regards Ragsy !!
