Now, I don't play 7 days on public servers so feel free to take my opinion with a pinch of salt... but it does seem like a really good idea to be able to filter by favoured settings. I'd be surprised if it isn't already on the to-do list for TFP.
Ok, I have to say that your list of games that have magic in them is not a convincing argument. No shade on those games btw, I've played a fair few of them and enjoyed them. But to say 7dtd should have magic just because all those other games do is mind-boggling. Maybe the reason 7 days...

Funny... because while reading one of your posts causes us a moment of irritation - once done reading I'll never think about it again. Whereas you keep on gnawing and whining and ■■■■■ing and that can't be enjoyable. But feel free to just keep on doing whatever makes you you. :)
I wouldn't say it's 'obvious' that 'many do' want food spoilage. It seems pretty complex to set it up in a way that can be switched on or off via an option and still be balanced in both scenarios... so I'd prefer that they didn't waste time on it.

lol, yep guilty as charged - I assumed you swore because it censored it! Unfortunately, the world size is limited on console otherwise the save files get too big and the size allowed on both PS and Xbox is limited by Sony/MS.
For the record I have a PS5 and it's great just not for games like 7dtd.
Given half the crap 'the community' asks for on this forum, I'm quite comfortable for the devs to do their own thing. The community sure as hell doesn't speak for me.
Oh, and the biggest RPG in the last few years was Baldur's Gate 3... I don't remember any LBD systems in that one.
And we 'know' that there are a lot of them, do we? Are there also a lot of people who didn't like it? Or a lot of people who, like me, are completely ambivalent? It's always the unhappy people that are loudest, that doesn't necessarily mean there are more of them.
