I'll always advocate for more weapons, melee and ranged. Even if they are the "same", using same type of ammo or whatever.
The more variations, the better.

Doubt I'd use a slingshot in a real situation but bring it in the game. Could just use small stone for ammo.

The point is to have variety, let the player decide what type of gun they want to use. Not just use the sub machine gun or the m60 because they are the "strongest" and once you have that gun it's the only one that's used the remainder of the game.

As Faatal said, they should not even put dates as people take that as gospel....and rightfully so. They are just excited to get the update as we are and those dates just tease.

I'll say 14.7 will always be a soft spot for me. That's where it was when it released on console (PS4) & I've been hooked ever since.
