No need to be rude. The devs have done the best they can with a game that had some really difficult unforeseen problems.
As for your question, it's most likely caused by bad data being sent. Bikes are easy to remake so meh
I make my own rules up sometimes. I'll do games with melee only or I can only build with wood. You could also try being nomadic. Never stay in the same place and can only take what you can carry. Try role-playing and be Legolas. You can only use a bow and leather armor. This game is...
Animals respawn after a certain length of time. If you don't destroy the entire carcass and leave it to rot, this can lengthen the respawn in the area substantially. I would also suggest staying out of an area completely for at least a week. Hopefully this helps. I've had to go vegan before lol
Could be possible the game trigger timer got off somehow. At least you figured it out and can plan for it still :smile-new:
For the team to be able to look into this, they need to be able to replicate it first. They can only do that with you providing the info found here...
It almost always rolls down the hill where you died. Run straight down from the deepest incline and you'll usually find the bag. Hope you find it still
A LOT of these bugs come from poor/restricted internet connections. I had a ton of issues the first 3 months I played this game. Then I went from wifi to cable and *poof no more problems. The person who has the strongest internet should always host and make sure to let the clients logoff...
Ah, sorry. I thought you were talking about the "display distance terrain' in the startup menu video options. In split screen, there will be a constant fog about a block away from you.
Well that's not cool
But wait...you forgot to give the devs the info they need to replicate this bug. The info they need can be found here https://7daystodie.com/forums/showthread.php?47268-IMPORTANT-Please-read-BEFORE-posting
Appreciate it :smile-new:
Sadly, this option isn't supported for splitscreen. The game was originally split screen view distance but was enhanced to longer distances for single and multiplayer.
Yeah, this is known. Destroy the bikes and start from scratch. Also, my group hasn't had that issue since we started making our own bikes. Try letting them make their own. Thanks for the perfect report :smile-new:
This sounds like the solution is to add more support. If you haven't built with trees before, they have a bit of a learning curve to them. I'd suggest watching some vids if you don't. Good luck :smile-new:
