That is a server performance issue. Basically you need a dedicated server with sufficient processors and memory for things to run properly. XBOX barely runs 7days as is. Also try turning off settings that affect server performance on the server.
Sounds like a state machine looping memory leak issue of some sort. Probably has to do with the smell and temperature dynamics which were causing lots of issues back in the day.

Really it needs to be a separate log file or something. Call it like EOS comms or something. The log entries are useful. They tell you if Epic is playing nice or not.
The one thing I have noted on dedicated servers is that if there is EVER a SINGLE EOS heartbeat fail you have to restart the server. If there are any sort of network drops and they occur at the wrong moment it will cause an inability to play. This is why we insist on wired connections only and...
Per the wording of the EULA, only priority access is guaranteed with donations. Access to modded vehicles does seem to be a bit on the disallowed side. Can you share the server information if this is a real concern or gripe?
The biggest complaint I have had for console users is the constantly disappearing uncovered map areas. Were it to be compeltely uncovered it would fix somethings.
