Yeah I haven't touched the multiplayer since A20. Used to play a lot of funny PvP servers where I'd construct nice defenses and zombie-to-player traps.
This is a very serious post. I'm merely asking a question if the devs considered it. I even provided an example of a massive performance improvement. You don't have to be negative about it, especially since the devs keep reworking the same components (namely graphics) .
I agree it's not a small task. But unity engine doesn't seem to progress as fast as unreal not to mention the IDE lags more with each version. I personally consider checking unreal 5 when I'm done with my demo.
Hello everyone, long time no see. I've been waiting for A21 to fall before I posted but as a small unity dev I came across this video. I know 7 days to die is made in Unity and that the devs have a hard time balancing the graphics of the game. It's only fair as unity does not offer great...
I know this issue exists since A17 so it's a very old "feature". However, does this also explain the 20% extra damage zombie bikers do on vertically placed 50-pillar blocks?

Problem1: High end tools and weapons were abundant in A18.
Problem2: There should be at least a minimum of items available in each house.
Solution: Make zombies level be respective to the loot around them, not the other way around. Have house loot containers have a minimum set of certain items...
I'm more in favor of traps having a corpse state where they can no longer be damaged, have haybale physics but can be fully repaired into their original state. I got the idea from having ground breaking traps being not repairable which is very annoying.
The new looting system is balanced, however it requires many levels to start functioning properly. I get it the devs want a less gamebreaking game, however the game requires even more levels to be enjoyable than before. That is all.
The game is stable, but borderline boring now. Sure I can farm a lot of animals and I can even set a base between a forest and a wasteland biome and exploit the early benefits of both.
Most importantly no new weapons were added in the game capable of making me enjoy reseting the game. The...
