See i dont have this problem your having. Have you tried update video card drives, pcs are a funny thing video cards can get issues with game updates. Or could be a bug only a few are having. This happens all the time.

On the setting with updates setting will keep to whatever previously you adjusted it too. As you know. Unless you did a fresh install. But bright should 45 to 50%. And if your on consoles. Many have adjusted console setting to see in the dark for this game and others. Put stuff back to default. ...
