I guess I just don't like the fact that Telltale gets to screw over a small independent gaming company and well over 100,000 customers and get away with it scot-free, with their "bankrupted" company still intact, even. I feel like there should be some compensation for their inadequacies somehow.

This is something else that confuses me. If Telltale, as the original console publishers, promised an update, isn't there a legal (or at least moral) obligation to uphold that promise? Now that Telltale has been necroed back into existence, shouldn't they be held responsible for at least one...
