    PC A18 steel tool parts

    Steel tool parts can be obtained by scrapping steel tools. I believe it's 3 per tool, so you need to find 5 steel tools before you can craft one. Not sure if you can loot steel tool parts directly as I haven't found any personally. Perhaps from a trader?

    I actually really like the revamped skills and feel like they are much more refined than in a16. However, the level caps are rather annoying right now.     I just assumed it was removed since tools now have 6 quality levels instead of 600. Also repairing tools no longer drops the quality so I feel like there is little need for combining.

    I've been playing and my Intelligence is only level 6, yet I see no visible boost from them at all. However, shades boost my Perception to level 3 from level 1. I'm not sure if this is the intended behavior or a bug, but only level 1 skills seem to be visibly boosted for me.
