As long as TFP can read it, that's really all that's necessary. If anyone wants to provide additional support or just read the posts, browsers often have a right click "Translate to English" (or whatever your OS language is) option. Works very well. The OP is saying the terrain doesn't fall when not supported. The screenshot really isn't very clear, though. There could be a single tiny piece of terrain or block that isn't easy to see supporting it. Or it's floating, which can happen and has been an issue for a long time... especially if you collapse a building. If you're going to allow whatever language someone wants to post in, you should at least require SOMEONE to post a translation into English.

If you place blocks under it, does it collapse when you remove those? Needed to do that a few times after collapsing large POI's to clear the floating pieces.

Here's the specific forum rule about this:
C9. Backseat Copyediting
Unsolicited objections or corrections to a user's writing (language, spelling, grammar, punctuation, paragraphs, etc.).
Players of all languages and backgrounds can use the forum. If you can't understand a non-English post, you may use translation software. Users posting in poor English or non-English may be ignored, but not harangued.
