You said you removed your mods, but I am seeing a ton installed in this folder: C:\Users\night\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\logs/Mods
HornOpenDoors is throwing errors specifically. I can only assume the version you have is not updated for V3.0.
Not only are they not removed, you have multiple copies of many if not all of your mods.
Maybe you accidentally installed your mods both to the game's Mod folder location AND the %APPDATA% Mods folder location...
The proper location for mods, per TFP, is the %APPDATA% location, NOT the game's Mods folder, since 1.0 at least,
