The description for the item/perk "The Fireman's Almanac Vol.2" is outdated. The description says Fireman's Axe Mod adds 25% block damage and reduces 25% entity damage, but since the game only lets you craft the mod with Quality 1, the crafted item actually only adds/reduces 5%.

Note 1: The relevant part seems to be "(game folder)/Data/Config/Localization.csv", line 14183.
Note 2: The log file probably doesn't contain any useful info.

Related(not a bug): The description for the item/perk "Art of Mining Vol.2" says the craftable mod will "dramatically increases durability", but the crafted Q1 mod will only reduce 5% from degradation rate. While the description isn't wrong, whether a -5% degredation rate is a dramatic improvement or not is debatable.

Reproduction Steps
1. Start the game and open the Skills tab and move to Perk Books tab inside.
2. Look for the Book Title "The Fireman's Almanac" and hover over "2 - Craft the fireman's axe mod." with the mouse.
3. Read the description of the perk.

1. Start the game and activate the creative mode.
2. Open the Creative inventory and look for the item "The Fireman's Almanac Vol 2".
3. Read the description of the item.
