New blocks and defenses

If they add more defenses/traps, I'd much rather they add something that is visually interesting rather than just another "mine". They already have multiple mines and a claymore wouldn't really be that different. I was playing Night of the Dead recently and they have some really fun traps to kill the zombies. We could really use something interesting like those. They did have a blade trap, but they also had what is basically a hammer held sideways on a rotating post to knock zombies flying in any direction, smaller posts with spinning blades that can move side to side (or back and forth depending on orientation), a big spike ball that can swing across to send zombies flying, floor spikes that shoot up when stepped on, raised spikes that drop when underneath, a guillotine, a sideways "pole" with spikes on it that spins and harms anything trying to get over or around it, trebuchet, catapult, ballista, and more. All visually distinct and fun to watch kill zombies. Unlike what we currently have... a variety of turrets that are basically doing the same thing but with different ammo, a variety of mines that do the same thing, a blade trap (that's good), dart traps that are nice but not too exciting, spike traps that are definitely not exciting, a sledge turret that at least makes zombies fly but isn't very interesting overall... maybe you see the issue I have with traps in the game right now? :)

In the end, if it's basically just another automated turret, it's not that different. I'm not against that, but I'd still prefer something that is visually distinct both in looks and how it kills. We already got a 7.62mm turret, so a minigun using it wouldn't even be as unique as it would have been before 3.0. Now, if it was a mounted gun that only fired if you were there manually firing it, then that could be interesting. But that might end up being too powerful even if the cost was high in ammo.
