The Part Name dropdown menu goes being other controls, you cannot select some choices. (see attached image)
You can't click in the scroll wheel track to advance a page at a time.
The dropdown menu is great, but next and prev buttons still have their uses and I'd like to have them back, especially when working on a new Tile and you're browsing through each Part to see if it would be useful. (You can't remember hundreds of parts by name.)
When a part is selected, clicking on the menu shows you an empty list, rather than the other choices. You have to blank out the field to see other choices and then the list reverts back to the top of the list rather than where you were progressing through the list.

- Reproduction Steps
- Place a new POI Marker. (Right CNTRL-SHIFT-ENTER)
Set the type to PartSpawn
Click on the Part Name dropdown menu to get the list of available parts.
Try to browse through a list of 300 parts picking which ones you want and which you do not want.
This works great if you know you want a specific part and you know its name. It doesn't let you efficiently browse through all of your parts.
