Duke note message sticks

I started the game, dropped the dukes note without reading it, and then the message and icon on the screen would not go away. I tried CM and dev but there is no note. I tried to exit and load my save, nothing either.

Yep. You have to actually read it. Also, if you turn off that initial training wheels buried "treasure" quest, I don't think Rekt should still be handing you a shovel. Lots of early game weirdness, actually. I'll have to make a list.

It should also go away once you level up one time, as well.
