I hope whoever adjusted the firing mechanics of robotic turrets in version A19 gets to see this post.

【I find it quite amusing that the shooting mechanics were changed starting from v】 https://www.bilibili.com/video/BV1M...eb&vd_source=25a8a5af2b54093d032223290c9ad1a7

In version A18, no matter how many times the fire rate was boosted, the handheld firing speed stayed fixed and matched the shooting animation perfectly. But it no longer works like this after version A19.

As a player who spotted all sorts of issues back in A19, after getting access to AI translation tools, I’m finally able to post my feedback on TFP’s official website after all these years. It’s honestly a bummer, and ironically enough, none of these problems have been fixed even after so much time has passed.

I think the reason for this situation is that stun batons and robotic turrets are too niche, and their DPS is lower compared to other weapons.

The shooting animation for the trash turret when held in hand was designed to match a fire rate of 105.6 rounds per minute. However, when its fire rate is boosted, the animation still runs only at the original 105.6 rounds per minute pace.
I don't know. Would have to check it by myself to see if I would consider it a bug or what part of it is the bug.

Make a bug report if you want some fix to happen

Furthermore, as a high-pressure air gun, it oddly features muzzle flash identical to that of other firearms, which is utterly ridiculous. Its gunshot sound also lacks the powerful impact present in the A18 version.

This isn’t exactly a bug, but I consider it a flawed design and lazy development. Alternatively, the fire rate could stay at 105.6 rounds per minute while handheld, and only increase once the turret is deployed.
This was a feature in A18, but it got altered in A19. It seems like a buff on paper, yet the firing animations are completely broken as a result.

What some people notice as completely broken may be unnoticable by other players.
I usually don't see small visual bugs (and also don't care much about the onces I notice), so until I have seen it in action I simply don't know if I would rate it as serious or not. This is what I wanted to say with "I don't know"
