PS My game crashed

So I was playing with my son and game crashed glitch on the 7 day blood mood and now stuff stopped working last my furnace and other things how can you fix this

Do you know how it crashed? If your game is unplayable or is bugging out, it's possible the save is corrupted. You can try starting up a new world to see if you experience the same bugginess.

If you post your log when from when you're having problems, it may help someone to answer your questions. If the issue is just your forge, try building a new one and see if the new one works. Or even just pick up the old one and put it back down since that may also fix the problem.

Oops. I didn't notice the PS logo on the title. Ignore that, then. In that case, I'd just suggest what I said about building or moving the forge to see if it helps. If there are other specific problems, there may be suggestions for those as well if we know what those other problems are. But a corrupted save isn't always possible to entirely fix and it may just be necessary to start a new game if it isn't working well enough to continue the current one.

Isn't there still a way for console users to report problems? I know next to nothing about the latest consoles or the 7 Days to Die console version when it comes to options they have.

Yes, there is a bug report option on consoles, but it sends the info to TFP. They can respond, but I have no idea how quickly they do. Unfortunately, we won't see any logs from that, so can't provide specific help based on what the log shows.
