A New Chapter for The Fun Pimps and 7 Days to Die

I didn't see any actual video proof that ALL of the toothpaste got back into the tube. I'll admit that it did great at splurting it out and the flux capacitor was nifty, but every time they showed the thing sucking the toothpaste back up they cut away before showing whether it could get it all in. Pretty sus. 😋

this is going to be fun

Sorry, there is no sense in including links to long lost posts, even if I had them.
so no references, just opinion

you' ve seen the job offers I assume?
no, i have a great job, why would i look at jobs in other countries, least of all usa

That is why I think it highly likely that what is planned for 7D2D came from BI and it just so happened that the owners of TFP found them acceptable or even liked them (in combination with what else BI offered ;) ).
more opinion, no references

and you are a moderator.

no hate mate, but it reads as noise to me

Oh, certainly just opinion, what else did you expect but speculation and wrangling with probabilities. Part of the data I am basing my argument on are just my memories of past communication, the other part of that data ...

no, i have a great job, why would i look at jobs in other countries, least of all usa

you just dismissed for a silly reason.

A: "I want a reference"
B: "Here is one"
A: "Why should I look at it?"

more opinion, no references

and you are a moderator.

Which means I am a normal player of the game who has an unpaid volunteer task to keep the forum clean. I don't and don't need to adhere to any company line, otherwise I would probably have been silenced currently as well.

Then it should mix well with this post it seems ;)

No that is not reasonable.
In every case, the base game is where all the real heavy lifting in creation is done. No addition could ever demand so much work that it would cost nearly the same as the base game. Even at 50% of base game's cost DLC can be considered expensive for nearly every game.
Thanks for the cookie @Kuosimodo but better keep 'm for yourself. I realy can get my own cookies, my attitude against overpriced DLC saved me enough money.

By the way, it tasted like :poop:

Not yet. 7DTD is still far from being completed.
Never said it was...

With that mindset, then, we can’t really complain when other industries—like the automotive industry—charge you a subscription fee just to use the windshield wipers and the heater, because, you know, they have to make money… and because that’s the trend…
You took my comment out of context. I never said you can't complain about shady business practices. I was talking about 7DTD specifically. And to clarify, I also never said you can't complain about that either. I just don't think the complaints are valid... yet.

Obviously, we’re just speculating—we can’t predict the future—but based on our experience with other companies and video games, these suspicions are well-founded, especially when the game changes hands.

Besides, it’s not just suspicions of more aggressive monetization.

Tfp says their vision hasn’t changed and that they’re not going anywhere. But who’s in charge now?
