Go to your Logs folder and post the most recent log file here so someone can see the problem.

Other than that, make sure you verify files twice using the launcher (Tools tab) and make sure you've completely removed (or renamed if you want to keep them) your Mods folders from AppData. Remove everything from the Mods folder in the game directory as well, leaving only the TFP Harmony mod there. If you've ever used a mod launcher, it may also have set up its own Mods folder that would have to be cleaned out. Your log will show what folder is being used.

The log is only for a little over a minute, but it does look like connection problems as Prisma501 noted. Check to make sure you're not blocking it with a firewall. There is a pinned thread that explains how to allow the game with firewalls and antivirus.

You're also getting an error about direct3d. Here's a quote from Jugginator related to that. Note that this was related to someone getting bluescreens, but the steps listed can still help with that error and maybe solve your problem. The main step is updating your GPU driver. It's best to uninstall it completely with DDU and then install the current driver from the manufacturer's website.

Yeah time drift/broken vsync is also a sign your GPU or driver is failing. On a new PC, if you're having issues and you've:

  1. Ensured all your drivers are up to date
  2. Ensured your BIOS is up to date
  3. Your GPU isn't loose and secured in its socket
  4. Your Windows is up to date (although this would very rarely cause a GPU issue)
  5. You're not running some "Ultra gaming boost pro" software (usually comes with store bought PCs)
RMA/return the PC. You should not have any issues out of the box like this. A bluescreen and sudden end of a log is a sign the hardware/software failed and Windows killed the game (in case of the crash) or itself (blue screen of death) to prevent OS corruption.

Now, it COULD be overclocks (auto boost, etc.), memory timings (XMP), but if you bought it from a store you shouldn't have this issues out the box. Something isn't right.
