PS Glitches!!!!!!

I have tried deleting game and reinstalling every time I go to server I can’t pick anything up and then I fall down through the ground I tried 8 times and happens each time please help me or she spawns and is dead already

Have you tried a different server? Falling through the ground is most often caused by network problems and that server may be having problems. It could also be a corrupted save file for that game and a different server would have a different save, so that would also solve the problem if that's the case.
 
I know the server I joined tried 3 different times because he got kicked also but thank you for advice I appreciate it
