PS Help đŸ¥º

I recently logged back into the game on my PS5 console and my gyrocopter was nowhere to be found. It had my truck and other various items in it. Is there anyway I can get it back with all of my items or that’s pretty much a no?

There is a in-game-console command "le" to find such stuff, but I don't know if you can do that on PS5.

A bit more time consuming is going to the location where you were when the gyro was gone and then backtracking the way you took to get there.

Look for the icon of the gyro on your compass and be prepared that the gyro could still be frozen in mid-air above you, even high enough to be out of sight if you flew high enough. If it is, use nerdpoling aka jump-poling to get to the gyro and either jump on or put it into your pocket after emptying the gyro.

Just to add to what meganoth said, the game saves different data at different intervals based on how important the data is so you don't have pauses while saving everything at once. If a game is improperly shut down in some way or there is some issue saving, the position of your vehicles can be a past location (usually within just a few minutes). Backtracking your path will usually allow you to find the vehicle. Sometimes the vehicle won't show on the compass in such situations until you are very close to it. Using the console is a good way to find it, but I know that's limited on consoles, so I'm not sure how good that will be for you. If the console shows the recent section of a log file like it does on PC, you can also look in that shortly after loading the game and you should see the vehicle locations listed and can then go to the location that way.

On PS5, pause you game, open the log and scroll back untill you see a line that looks like this:

2026-01-01T11:58:20 4123.508 INF 461238 VehicleManager write #0, id 35909, vehicleGyrocopter, (-191.8, 85.2, -2155.4), chunk -7, -136

Make a screenshot since the game will continue to add lines to the log.
The important part is this: vehicleGyrocopter, (-191.8, 85.2, -2155.4).
This is the last place your vehicle was logged and most likely where you will find it, even if the icon does not show up on the map. I've had a few occasions where I thought I lost my Gyro and sofar this always helped me to find it back.

Edit: the 3 numbers between ( ) are the map coordinates, the middle group is the hight.

Thanks. I will try that.

UPDATE!! So I tried pretty much everything that was recommended and I ran across something online that stated that you could teleport if you activate the open console option on console and input the coordinates of so lost vehicle. I did it and it actually worked. I found my gyrocopter. Thanks everyone for assisting with my troubles!

Consoles do not have access to the console commands, like on PC... Because of Sony and Microsoft... Blah blah blah!

In the past I tried to ask people what console has and what it hasn't and never got replies.

So thank you for giving some information about this. But is this info you have because you have a console?
Because it seems not to fit with Daddy3rdleg's last post where he used a teleport it seems. Also it seems console can see the log which I would consider part of the console functions.
