More sound options

Hi!
I've been playing for a couple of years now and I absolutely love this game. It has it all!
Except for sound options.
I am autistic and have very sensitive hearing, which can make some experiences very uncomfortable and painful. I usually play with my non-autistic friend, and even he can agree with the fact that we do miss some more options for sound adjustment.
I would love to see there be a sound option for engagement sounds like when you're clicking around in the menu, inventory, settings etc. But especially the sound when hovering over things. The sounds are quite loud and have a very sharp edge to it, which is quite painful.
I can turn down the volume, but this also affects the volume of the environment around me, so I have to choose between being aware of my surroundings, or be less aware and get more jump scares haha.

Another issue is the mini bike (I have yet to hear other vehicles, so I can't speak on those).
The mini bike's constant motor sound is very very loud and I can't hear my friend when I use it. I would love to be able to adjust the volume on transportation items!

TL;DR:
Sound options for transportation items (to be able to lower their overall motor volume)
sound options for UI (clicking around in the menu, inventory, settings etc)

I hope it's not unrealistic and that I don't come across as naïve and hopeful. I'm very happy to see there even being a place to share ideas and suggestions!

Accessibility options are expanding all the time, but I don't know that I've ever seen a game that has any other than the audio controls for master volume, music, voice and the like. I've certainly never seen one that allows adjustment of individual or possibly problematic sounds for the autistic. Leaper was way too loud at one point, so it's a good thing his piercing of the eardrums scream was adjusted. Even if they were grouped by type, there would still bound to be sounds within each group that would prove problematic for the autistic.

Provided you're not on console, you can mod out or replace the problematic sounds. I use Ambient Sounds Customizer. Perhaps studios will one day provide such a module in their games that are more user friendly and work on consoles as well.
