Windows Transferring a worlds host from PS5 to PC

My friends and I have been experiencing a significant number of crashes when trying to play together often causing to lose hard earned gear and vehicles. The host of this world is on PS5 and we are trying to see if there is any known way to transfer it to my PC so I can host, in hopes of reducing our crashes. Furthermore, if anyone knows of any viable solutions to return said missing gear and vehicles that would be greatly appreciated

I don't believe you can transfer it from console. As far as the items, you can use the creative menu.
