Where water meets land, there are gaps in the world.

That's a poi. not naturally rendered water into a recess. the stamps are just pois also.
maybe if they just made rivers grayscale it would stop the problem. I never got to see
it because I have been rendering using a map generator for the passed 6 years.

Just saw this happen on a dedicated server MP game for the first time just now. It's interesting that this happened nowhere near water, like the previous examples. This needs fixed so that those players who build underground don't get their bases found by people seeing down to bedrock like this.

check you GPU drivers. when random gen was first introduced AMD cards on old drivers had super weird worlds that looked like giant corderoy fabric. Once I updated my drivers it fixed it for me.
