PS In game Lagging

Is there a patch coming soon to sort out the games lagging issue on PS console? (unsure if PC or XBOX have the same issue) At first it was whilst driving vehicles but now it is happening all the time whether in a vehicle or not. Also it seems to be worse when my friends are in the game or I am in their game.

I do feel your pain as it also bothers me.
It's a known bug that was reported many times so, The Fun Pimps are aware of it. A fix has been made and is possibly still being tested. The bug has to do with 3rd person (even if you don't have it turned on in game). I'm sure it will be fixed in update 2.6 once they release it. All platforms are affected from what I've read (PC, PS5 and Xbox).
Also, TFP just got back to work last week, as they were off for the Xmas, New Year Holiday period.

Best glitch I recently had was when I am in the 4x4 truck and a friend hops in, the whole truck starts to do back flips and all sorts mid air, then as soon as my friend gets out it stops. He then got back into the truck and nothing happened haha! Fingers crossed the Devs can sort this out soon

Yeah we pushed a fix for this. Currently in a very short experimental and then it will be pushed to consoles
