Backpacks and a perk switch

First of all there would be four types like
Child backpack 4 extra spaces
normal back bag 6
Military 12
Hiker bag 16
This are only findable not craftable not stackable cause of own slot hard to find now the perk changes i think machine gunner and shotgun should switch place why cause you can craft a m60 at some point that seems somethin for strength am i wrong shotguns make more sense in fortuide
(if i misspelled anything dont blame me i just woke up)

So, when we find these backpacks, they add to the 45 spaces we already have?
 
So would this replace the pocket mods?

I really like this idea. Pocket Mods/Pack Mule make existing slots usable, then the Backpack(s) would add more slots to what we already have, but with some encumbered debuff. It could also expand on Pack Mule/Pocket Mods, perhaps, to reduce the debuff. With enough Pack Mule and Pocket Mods, one could unlock slots beyond what the player has already, so they could carry into the Backpack that is equipped.
