Cannot Load Game since update

I cannot load game since the update. I've even uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. I have no mods. The output log is so large that I can't get either one of the files to load on either one of the sites listed below. so I attached it. it seems like none of the POI's want to load.

You do have mods trying to load. There are two folders they can be found in so you probably missed clearing out this one: D:/Steam/steamapps/common/7 Days To Die/7DaysToDie_Data/../Mods

However, even if you clear that folder out, I fear your save might be corrupted. You can try loading it after deleting the mods (and for a step further you can clean your game data through the launcher), but I am not sure if the world can be salvaged.

I deleted everything out of that spot like you said and it's doing the same exact thing. I generated a New map because saves don't mean anything to me. Do I need to delete the mod folder itself as well?

You still do have two mods in your game folder: 'SpawnsAndClaimsMod (1.0.0.1)' and 'Sams_Working_Stuff (21.0.0)'. And seems like these mods are not working. So you should find and delete these folders: 'KHA21-SpawnsAndClaims' and 'SWorkingStuff'.
