I'm not writing to you or about you, I'm not quoting you... Why do you feel like you still have to reply? It does not concern you.
I wasn't attacking you man. I don't know why you take everything as a personal attack honestly.

You used one of MY own jokes exactly as I've written it last time, so I thought it was a reference to that situation.
That's why I replied with the same words YOU used with me at the time as a reply... got it now?

Relax. Get a coffee or a tea or something, or get high. Maybe you'll be less ircky with people.

That time I wrote to you: "Your jokes are unnecessary and not welcomed." started because I tagged Faatal asking him a question and you wrote a stupid joke. You were not involved, but chose to write a silly reply anyway, as you did again just a few messages back.
I don't know why you do that? Seems you feel you have to reply to everything, even if you're not involved in the original message.

Guys, with Jars behind us now and in the distant past, its time to start talking pvp balance for the next udpate.
step 1:
progression
a. perk physician 5 (euthanizer)
nerf this, makes no sense to have any perk in game that allows players to do more damage than the Admin gun, also because of this perk it makes anticheat false flag because of the inability to set a hard cap of max damage allowed.

b, parkour
nerf this. a20(parkour) was at least sustainable in pvp but as it is now the perk is an issue for pvp servers, players should not be able to fly a gyro at sky level and jump out on top of players with no penalty.

*before even thinking about balancing weapons and armor tfp needs to fix perks that gamebreak pvp

Well you did exactly the same "making a stupid joke" to someone that you were not involved in discussing with. So i get what Jost is saying.

Ehrm... because this is a forum? 🤷‍♂️

Unless I missed it, I don't think there's a rule that forbids to reply to something without being quoted directly, right?
In any case, feel free to reply to my posts even if you're not quoted.

I like jokes and pranks, and having a good time with fellow forum members for crying out loud, sue me!
You didn't like (or even get) my joke... so what? I'll live with this failure for the rest of my life! 😢

Jars... behind... behinds... what if we could CAPTURE OUR dysentary flatulence SMELL IN JARS TO USE AS ZOMBIE BAIT THROWABLES

First off, those who know would call that a one-man Adama Maneuver (or a regular Adama Maneuver, if the passenger is the one who bails. Really want to do this but that'd mean getting my co-op partner to play long enough to get to gyrocopters).

But I'd second a reviewing glance at perks as a whole and that's coming from a perspective without PvP in mind. If I ever finish the challenge run I was doing, I'm going to make a breakdown on what I found out - but a quick version is that the stat-tied perk trees don't feel ideally balanced against each other (good enough, but some stats lack in some areas and could do with more tweaking to continue what's been done recently). In my thinking, Intelligence and Agility are the most "powerful", and I mean purely from PvE angles.

Yeah, he used to get riled up here pretty easily from what I remember. Been nice seeing him pop in here and there recently. Hopefully that continues.

I wouldn't mind an updated version of LBD coming back. I don't miss it as much as other people do, but I do dislike the current skill magazine system enough to be happy to see it go away. Now if we could just get them to bring the vehicle building system back...

I haven't been following along closely this last week or so, but I remember when the patch was dropping I saw mentioned one of the up coming 2.x patches is supposed to include a new way to manage all of our settings.. I was wondering what the chances are that when that drops, we might be getting separate settings for zombie HP / Damage?
(hate to do this)
@Fatal - would you be able to confirm? - Oh and thanks Pimps, hope y'all are able to relax and enjoy a break.
There is a list with like 50 or 100 settings on it, but I have not seen it as I am not working on it.

That is a lot more settings that I was expecting (even with Madmole's "millions" ;) ). I wonder if they'll all make it in, or if that's just an initial list that will be cut down to 10 or 20. I'm all for having a lot of options to tweak the game into what I like even though I like it already.

@faatal I just generated a couple new random worlds, and I noticed some issues with the biome layouts, but I don't know if they're intentional so I don't know if I should file a bug report.
  • If you select Center Wasteland as the biome layout, then the Wasteland biome is shaped roughly like a square that is rotated 45 degrees relative to the map. The "points" of the square come close enough to touching the edge of the map that roads generally must go through that square. Meaning, in order to travel between any two biomes, you must traverse through the Wasteland.
(EDIT: The Center Forest layout does not do this, the forest is roughly a square but it is not rotated relative to the map.)
  • In all biome layouts, the snow and desert biomes are swapped with regard to biome progression. For example, if you choose the Line layout, the biome progression order is Pine Forest -> Burnt Forest -> Snow -> Desert -> Wasteland.
Is this intentional? If not, is this already a known issue, or should I file a bug?

Here is a screenshot of my map (preview is in Teragon, but the map was made with RWG with Forest as center biome. I also did it without showing water just to speed it up). It might not be wasteland, but the layout should be the same. It seems fine to me. You might need to consider adjusting biome sizes. *See under the image for a comment on your second point.

As far as point #2, the layout is based on your biome percentages. It'll be in order based on those, so adjust them to change the order of the biomes.

As said, it is sorted by percentage. Make your center wasteland smaller and it will not get so close to the edge of the world.
