So I opened 7d2d tonight at 6 p.m my time and now have an error that epic online services login cannot fully initialize can someone confirm that this may be just a maintenance issue that hasn't been reported, i had no issue this morning at 2 a.m when i stopped playing

Just checked my log file and has the same response.

Also after checking the log i noticed the retry time is getting longer by 15 seconds each try.

So after retrying for half an hour it finally gave me the option to play offline, why is epic game services having a hissy fit stopping people from playing 7days

I agree. The "Play offline" button should be immediately available.

The team is working on a solution as this shouldn't be happening.

it was a way wider issue than first thought amazon shut down a lot of the world with their meltdown it would appear.
