Windows LCB Does -not- protect 100% against sleeper respawning.

There seems to be some edgecase of sleepers still respawning despite a LCB being present.
Just returned to an cryptbase site we have had for 70+ days as base with a LCB protecting and it has worked fine enough, with only regular spawns still occuring on the topsoil. But now there was a single Tom Clark Blue zombie standing/sleeping down in the crypts in the 'trap' alcove. Just a mere 10 meters from the LCB.
It's the first time I have seen a confirmed case of sleeper respawn despite protection, but it's very very rare as it's now day 135.

Just returned to the crypts again (Day 169) after being away for 30+ days. It was completely empty -UNTIL- I walked into the 'lootroom'. (where I set up shop with workbenches and whatsnot) Walking back from the lootroom I noticed a sleeper volume cop had triggerspawned in and stood at the same spot the Tom Clark one from previous. (LCB in the area is active still)

I thought it was the bedroll that stopped respawns and the LCB changed non-allied player damage and gave the owner the ability to pickup workstations. Maybe I've got that wrong.

Landclaim description claims it stops zombie respawn.

And sleeper volumes and landclaim blocks has some interaction via GameUtils.CheckForAnyPlayerHome but it does not seem to be an overly hard restriction.
For example if a sleeper volume is not killed off entirely, with some specific zombie hidden somewhere, when player visits the sleeper volume again it can spawn zombies in a different configuration, which might look as a respawn of a specific zombie. Its a guess though, might be completely wrong.

That's how it used to be, they changed it some Alphas ago to (supposedly) Block sleeper zombies respawing (but not biome zombies (outdoors), that's blocked by the bedroll)

Yeah, It needs to be cleared out first else they will respawn. But this seems to be some rare edgecase as It is very much cleared out and respawn has been blocked for weeks upon weeks when we have been around. There seems to be weird cases of zombies spawning regardless though that's a bit of a nuisanse.
I know once in our main base (Industrial Tank) a zombie had spawned inside the tank, even with multiple bedrolls present and a LCB.
