I cannot join my friend through discord. When I start the game it says “cannot use anonymous account. This player ID has already been linked to a discord user account. To use an anonymous account, deauthorize 7 days to die in the discord user settings>authorized apps”. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting on discord but 7 days disappeared and now I can’t reconnect 7 days to discord because the option disappeared

Go to the Audio options in the game's menu and you can relink your Discord account.

I’ve tried. It gives the same message about my account already being linked
