no I'm not using a translator, I did not see that on X I go by what's on twitch, that is not how you do drops on twitch, he should have been streaming 7 days to die ant not stream Grounded 2, I reported this to twitch support, he should have not been doing special events for the hat he should have just stream 7 days to die normally and not stream Grounded 2 every day

You could get the hat only on those special, announced Twitch streams... You missed it all, that's all.

well I followed him and he never streamed it, you can't do it on certain days, he shouldn't have a drop just for him, there's other streamers should have enabled the drop on there ends so you can get his drop, so I just contacted twitch support that he hasn't stream the game for me to get the drop
 
He has. On announced dates. Seems you missed them. He can stream whatever he wants besides that. You really expect twitch to make him stream so you can get that hat?

TFP has done it a few times, both for 7 Days to Die and 7 Days Blood Moons Twitch Streams. It gives more chances for anyone who missed the early streams, to get the purple hat for use in 7 Days to Die.

it's more that it has been so badly done. For a gaming company they seem to be allergic to technology.

How is it that you get that out of the response you quoted and your originally question? The very first stream for the hat was for Bloodmoons. Why is that badly done or being allergic to technology?

It seems clear that they are using it as a way to promote Bloodmoons to 7D2D players. Nothing wrong with that.

I read the forums.
The twitch drop has been done poorly so far, it's in the forum. People are jumping thru hoops to get nothing. Fubar should have given these guys more chances. I am sorry, but, these things are true. They are bad at streaming...this is true. I do think it is weird that a gaming company is having problems doing these things.

Yes, they can promote whatever they want. personally, I do not engage with any post to do with that game, I am hands off. I know I am not the only person who wouldn't want to feel forced to watch a promo video for a game they don't care about, just to get a hat. I hope that makes sense.

I'm not debating that they have problems with the drop. They do. And they certainly can't figure out how to properly stream. It just didn't make sense that your original question/comment was about them making the drop available on a Bloodmoons stream. And then when you got the response about that, you replied about it being badly done / allergic to technology, which doesn't really seem to fit with your original comment/question about the drop being on a Bloodmoons stream. That was why I asked how it fit. Your answer doesn't seem to really answer that, though.

Doesn't really matter, though. I don't care about the drop and have not and will not watch a Bloodmoons stream or attempt to get this drop. Maybe if it was a better item, but certainly not for that hat.
