just that...a plain set of armour that is not enchanted, but, has the same amount of slots for mods per level, would be really nice.
I haven't paid attention to the mod slots on it, so maybe it isn't the same, but primitive armor offers good protection without the bonuses.just that...a plain set of armour that is not enchanted, but, has the same amount of slots for mods per level, would be really nice.
Just one mod slot per piece, regardless of quality levelI haven't paid attention to the mod slots on it, so maybe it isn't the same, but primitive armor offers good protection without the bonuses.
Ahh. In that case, yeah, having an armor without bonuses that offers the same mod slots would be a good thing.Just one mod slot per piece, regardless of quality level![]()
When did it change? Quality 4 or 5 should have 2 mod slots, and quality 6 should have 3.Just one mod slot per piece, regardless of quality level![]()

But people keep on making claims about magical bonuses? I don't get that. If you had to run a mile 3 different ways, which do you think would be fastest? wearing no shoes? wearing clogs? or wearing sneakers? Do you think you'd be able to harvest plants better if you had gardening gloves? Or better with oven mitts? do you think you'd be less likely to suffer from a concussion if you were wearing a baseball cap? or with a helmet?
Anywho, no worries either way. I wouldn't complain if they introduced a primitive medium and a primitive heavy armor to be honest. bring back the old leather and scrap iron for that.
just pushing back slightly. The economy is basically barter, with each vendor setting prices. Are you suggesting that someone who looks more intimidating/better looking wouldn't get slightly better prices? We already have a perk that adjusts the prices, so why wouldn't how someone looks effect it as well? Some of the perks make sense, like run faster with athletic shoes. But things like better gas mileage if you wear these gloves, or better prices if you wear this hat don't make any non-magical sense. I think the slot change came with 2.0. My preference would be that armor is armor. Light armor you're fast and nimble, but not so well protected. Heavy armor, slow but tanky. Like it used to be. Some of the new armor looks better, but they should have kept the old armor stats.
I think the only 1 that makes the least sense to me is the double skill point from wearing a piece of chest armor.
makes perfect sense now. i stand corrected lolYou didn't know that the Nerd Armor includes an Adderall Drip as standard?
