Please - bare with me: 80 now - I have played, modded and loved this 'game' for over 13,000 hours, - and still do, and there's really only one thing that makes me want to tear my eyes out, or ears off . . . At various times I have tried to mute this noise, but I guess I'm just not smart enough. I dearly want to get rid of that hyper-annoying, loud, blasting noise that comes right after I trigger the 7DaysToDie.exe. . . . rrrrrRRRRBLAMM-BLA-BLA-Bl-Blah Blablablaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
A setting 'permanent' 'somewhere' - one that does impact the game's audio volume?
Would one of the Pimps, or perhaps, some nice, knowledgeable person, like to help an old feller?
Thanks in advance. 🧓🚑

Add -skipintro to the launch options. You can skip past the "news" screen also with -SkipNewsScreen=true .

Ok - thanks, seven! That gives me some comfort; now to find the launcher. . .

Yup! Found there are two places.. First - the "7dLauncher.exe" next to my "normal" way of starting the game (the 7DaysToDie.exe). I have never used the Launcher - ever, so this was a learning process - and it did the trick - it stopped all the aggravation cold: and secondly - in finding and checking out your post a couple of minutes ago, LittleNightMa - I see it works as well, so 'thank you' too. I am now a happy camper! My wife is also a happy(er) camper!
Thanks all.
