Spotlight orientation

I was watching a Guns, Nerds, and Steel video, and he was placing spotlights on his base. He was able to orientate them so that they attached to a vertical wall and pointed downward. I don't get that option, but I would love to have it.

Does anybody know if this is a mod that allows that?

1) Press 'E' or the button to activate/interact on console. 2) Click on the camera preview. From that preview window you can set it to any direction you'd like it to point. Not that intuitive, but it's not a mod.

Achually, GNS is using a mod. The OP is asking for say "on face" -rotation for the block, not for the aim-function. Advanced rotation nonetheless, the vanilla only allows "Simple".

Yup, it's a mod - I'm not sure which mod it is, maybe his own https://www.nexusmods.com/7daystodie/mods/3318 .
If not that, GNS had the mod list under his videos.
