Windows Flickering bars in game

I have had this issue since 2.0 dropped. I have noticed that the health/stealth/stamina bars all flicker and are quite annoying. I have turned off motion blur, upscaler mode, occlusion, and bloom. I have messed with the other settings going from off/low to high/ultra(+). I used DDU to remove the drivers in safe mode, rebooted and installed the latest nVidia drivers.

System Specs:
14700KF
64GB DDR5
nVidia 3080FE
2TB Samsung 980 Pro

Well thank you for the point in the right direction, it wasn't my game controllers it was my Tobii Eye Tracker, once I turned it off everything started working smoothly. Thank you!

Ah hah! Good catch, glad it's working because that was one weird issue lol. Thanks for letting me know what it was.
