I didn't bother to read that wall of text. If you genuinely want people to read what you post, and learn to use paragraphs. And strive to be brief to the point.

Next time, don't go to all that trouble, just turn on creative mode and give you all of whatever it is you want soon as you spawn.

For some of us, min/maxing is just how our brain works. I do it in everything, usually not intentionally. My brain just does the math on its own, and once I understand it, ignoring it ends up with me ranting at myself for wasting time.

Good for real world stuff, not so good with games. :(

So let another admin control what I know is controllable? Whats with this chess dawdle? Thats stupid. Why not take a AR and shoot the king? The possibilities are endless. Only one person understood 1/3 of what was originally posted. You guys are still the same. Bent over for the devs satisfied easily,

We understand that you cheated and lied to your brother and are blaming the dev for your lack of self-control and morals. Denying it doesn't make it false.

The presence of the console is not an issue for 99.99% of players because most have 0 interest in using it in a regular playthrough.

I assume any game with a world builder or editor (or any kind of scenario making) is also terrible for you because you can use it to gain an advantage.

And just like predicted. When people don't agree with their wild ideas, they go and attack the people who don't agree with them...
 
I never use exploits/cheats for the exact reason you arrived at. It destroys the motivation/excitement/fear/reward of doing it the hard way.

Every new release I play 100% default vanilla settings to ensure I experience the game the devs intended to deliver before I make my assessment. I encourage everyone to do the same before we form opinions.

When we use exploits, cheats, or wildly different settings in the game setup, we can't really have an unbiased opinion of the game's state of play, because we literally engineered in the bias ourselves.

It's because we don't agree with him, so we are apparently easily satisfied. Typical mindset these days. People can't handle others disagreeing with them. And being told they should take responsibility for their own actions? Oof! That's a horrible thing to say to someone. 😁

As far as the topic goes, they won't remove creative menu or debug menu, so it is moot anyhow. There are plenty of calls reasons to use both of those. And if people want a fully sandbox game, those are needed for that. If someone can't be grown up enough to choose not to cheat, then that is their own problem and has nothing to do with the game.

As far as the bent over by the devs, he is obviously projecting his own butthurt onto the rest of us and of course he somehow blames the devs.

Mmhmm. It's almost pitiful - reminds me of typical fatherless behaviour. He better not act this way in the real world, or he won't be getting very far at all - so for his sake, he better get some help.

This world is going towards a sad, sad direction.
