Workbench - repaired - not working

Hi folks!, I come from the previous version of 7 Days, and I have encountered the following issue: I can't use a broken workbench, even if I repair it, and I also can't disassemble one and move it... I'm on an Xbox Series S. Is this no longer possible? Even if I fix it, do I still need to have the workbench skill unlocked to be able to use it?
I think I have seen some images showing that things should have a label like "'could be repaired" when I position the pointer in it, so that I can actually repair that workbench, cement mixer, or other?
Thanks a lot!

I believe now you cannot use workbenches, forges or anything like that in the new version. Used too, in the legacy version, at traders and certain POI's you could use them if they was intact, which that is one feature I do miss sometimes. Getting the magazines to build your forge is quite easy honestly, do your first objectives that once completed will point you to the nearest trader, once you get to the trader, hit the workbench, forge, chemistry station, and cement mixer, they usually have enough forged magazines in them to get your dew collector and forge unlocked. Then it's a cake walk from there.
