Switches are not working-Xbox

There's definitely a problem with the switches.
I'm playing on 6k 1 pregen map. Starting in town most southwest in Forest. I usually use the Krispy Kitchen next to trader as my starting base till I build something.
Started a new game after 1.4 dropped.
When I turned off the gas line in Krispy Kitchen to turn fire off it made the sound but didn't shut off the fire and couldn't press again. Didn't change after shutting off and reloading save. Kept playing but noticed the same thing now happened to all switches, no doors would open, tried like 10 pois.
Started a brand new game this morning, same map and location. Immediately went to a different poi (the storage unit place, don't know name, dropped down from roof to snake and spikes) tried to unlock door, it worked, relieved went to Krispy Kitchen for base but same thing happened with fire and now no doors will open again.
Not sure if just Krispy Kitchen, all gas lines, this map, or just random but doors not opening sucks when I only have a level 1 stone ax against a metal door :(
I'm going to start a new game now and just not go to Krispy Kitchen and hopefully that's all it is, will update later today.

Wasn't there a bug report system in game? It's not there now.

Same issue on the Steam-version on Navezgane. After starting a new game in V1.4, the first few switches/keys worked and after one in the town in pine forest, near the hospital, did not work, not even one switch/key works anymore. 
The sound of activating the switch or using the key, is still there, but there is no function. 

 
Yeah having the same issue on PS 5 too. Found out the hard way not to destroy the flaming pipe. It hurts 🤣

Sent in a bug report during the game immediately after it happened to me again. Hopefully the ps5 version sends a data log with the report.

When I sent the report last night, I didn't see anything on my report screen about a data log being collected or anything of the sort.

 
that's good to know, would be nice if there was some sort of a message while sending the report on PS 5, that data was collected lol

 
I noticed tonight that the switches and shutoff valves are working while in game, so I'm guessing just shutting the game down and logging back in fixes the issue temporarily.
